What to Draw with Markers: Pick the Mark, Then the Subject
What you can draw with a marker is decided by the kind of mark it makes, not by the subject you have in mind. There are three: a controlled line, a flat opaque fill, and a blended gradient. What "easy" actually means
Four of the six keywords in this cluster contain the word easy or a variant of it. In practice easy is not a subject, it is a set of constraints: few colours, no blending, no large flat areas, and a surface that forgives.
A drawing that uses three colours, keeps every shape enclosed by a line and never overlaps two wet passes will look competent with almost any pen.
